Banana Nut’n’Berry Blast Smoothie

This creamy, fruity delicious shake is perfect for those milkshake cravings. Treat yourself anytime of the day with this refreshing drink. Banana-Berry Nut Shake

1 Scoop of vanilla protein powder
Half avocado
Half banana
Handful of raspberries (Blackberries also go down a treat)
Pinch of Nutmeg
1 Tbsp of peanut butter
1 Tsp Honey
Almond milk

Wack in a blender and whizz for 1 minute. Pour into a glass, throw in a straw and enjoy!
